Vertex Aerospace LLC (Vertex), a V2X company, has more than 45 years of experience successfully performing complex aircraft maintenance and logistics support programs for the Department of Defense (DoD), including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Marine Corps, as well as the Department of Justice (DoJ), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Vertex is a full-scale, vertically integrated aerospace services company, providing the full logistics spectrum of maintenance, repair, overhaul, supply chain management, and flight operations for more than 1,600 fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft at 200+ locations worldwide. 

Now called V2X after a merger with Vectrus and a legacy Raytheon segment, the company has dramatically expanded its capabilities to include a modernization and sustainment division which is a leader in critical mission support and training solutions. One example is the V2X Aerospace Defense Services T-45 program which provides ful- service maintenance, modification, repair, and overhaul of the T-45 Goshawk manned aircraft for the United States Navy’s Naval Aviation jet training program. 

• The program is AS9100 and AS9110 certified 
•  The Depot organization conducts Technical Directive (TD) modification maintenance and TD validations and verifications to review and edit Government provided maintenance procedures for the T-45 aircraft.
