M1 Support Services (M1) is a Limited Partnership company founded in 2003. M1 provides a wide range of fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft maintenance and modification services including support on several high visibility, high operational tempo aviation contracts such as the Fort Novosel Aviation Maintenance Services, and Nellis AFB Aircraft Maintenance contracts. Our largest contracts involve providing Department of Defense and other Government customers with high quality aviation maintenance and logistics support services necessary to achieve mission success. M1 is a private company with the autonomy and agility to respond rapidly to customer needs. We use our extensive recruiting tools to locate, hire, train, and retain the best management and technically skilled personnel available to execute programs. Our third-party ISO 9001:2015 and AS9110C certified Quality Management System supports our corporate and individual program operations as well as customer approved DCMA 8210.1C Ground and Flight Operations Procedures where required. We measure and monitor task execution focusing on meeting and surpassing customer and company performance standards.
M1 provides services in the following areas:
- Fleet management including monitoring, forecasting, planning, and scheduling aircraft, engine, and accessory scheduled maintenance, inspections, overhaul, and technical directive requirements
- Daily aircraft flight preparation including preflight, postflight, launch, recovery, servicing, cleaning, ground handling, flight discrepancy corrective action, logs and records
- Aircraft scheduled and unscheduled organizational, intermediate,
and depot level maintenance
- Aircraft and system modifications, installs, enhancements, kit validation/verification
- Aircrew support including maintenance, operational, and flight training
- Supply chain management
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Engineering support
