Parts Solutions

AAR maintains global warehouses that are fully stocked with new and overhauled parts.

• New Parts: We maintain one of the industry’s largest and most complete inventories of airframe rotables, landing gears, APUs, engine QECs, LRUs, and accessories. We stock over 1 million items from over 250 manufacturers.
• FAA certified overhauled parts: We maintain a large inventory of parts available for numerous government and military aircraft.

MRO Solutions

AAR is FAA Part 145 certified, with 11 facilities globally – 8 aircraft, 2 component, and 1 landing gear.

• Heavy maintenance inspections, modifications, upgrades, refurbishments, and painting services on a range of aircraft platforms, including Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer.
• Landing Gear Overhaul is a self-contained, full-service landing gear maintenance provider for commercial and military platforms, with complete wheels and brakes capability.
• Repair, overhaul, and maintain rotable components for virtually every type of military and commercial aircraft at our component MRO facilities in Amsterdam and New York.
• Manufacture of specialized mobile shelters for governments, militaries, and nonprofit organizations worldwide.

Contract Logistics Support Solutions

We develop custom solutions for our numerous military customers in the US and around the world, driving increased readiness at affordable rates. Examples of our capabilities:

• Performing 7-year U.S. Navy P-8 depot maintenance workload
• Performing 5-year U.S. Navy C-40 full CLS
• Performing 10-year U.S. Air force F-16 Depot modification and support
• Performing 10-year U.S. Air Force Landing Gear Performance Based Logistics
• Performing 10-year Worldwide Aviation Support (WASS) contract with the Department of State (DoS)
